The primary roles and responsibilities of volunteers are outlined below, however proactive and added accountability from change managers/ volunteers would be appreciated –
Roles and Responsibilities
- Regular and committed interaction with children as per guidelines set by the foundation. (Sat)
- Undergo relevant training provided by the foundation.
- Share knowledge and skills through fun and experiential activities.
- Coach children on special topics listed in CEDE curriculum.
- Share expertise (if any) to conduct art/ cultural/ sports workshops or teachers / volunteer training. (Optional)
- Assist in coordination of activities, organizing events etc.
- Assist in developing rich and meaningful content for the CEDE modules. (Optional)
- Assist in periodic activities for measuring effectiveness and evaluation of the intervention. (Optional)
- Proactively share feedback for improvisation of program and assist in its implementation.
- Spread the word to create more awareness and boost volunteerism.
- Assist in lead generation for tie-ups / fund raising.
